These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FieldNovi platform, website, and related services (“Services”). By using FieldNovi, you agree to these Terms.

FieldNovi provides tools for field documentation, inspections, and reporting. You own your data. You control what you share.
Who this applies to
These Terms apply to all users of FieldNovi, including trial users, paid subscribers, and anyone accessing shared links.
Platform use
Eligibility & accounts
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use FieldNovi. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to:
- Uploading unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access
- Disrupting or degrading system performance
- Using FieldNovi for fraudulent or deceptive purposes
Your content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to FieldNovi, including photos, videos, 360 media, notes, and reports.
By uploading content, you grant FieldNovi a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the Services and providing features you request.
Subscriptions & billing
Some features require a paid subscription. Pricing, limits, and billing terms are displayed at signup or within your account.
Payments are processed by third-party providers (such as Stripe). FieldNovi does not store full payment card numbers on its servers.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.
Data retention & deletion
When an account is canceled or terminated, FieldNovi will retain account data for a limited grace period to allow data recovery or reactivation.
Unless otherwise required by law, inspection data, media, and related content will be permanently deleted within 30–60 days after account termination.
Certain limited records (such as invoices, payment history, or compliance logs) may be retained longer where required by law or legitimate business needs.
Disclaimers & limitations
FieldNovi is provided “as is” and “as available.” While we strive for reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FieldNovi shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
